Can I release music commercially with them? Absolutely. Sell tracks, drop albums, put them on Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp — and license your music — with no clearance needed from us whatsoever.
What about major-label or high-profile releases? Still fully covered. Your usage stays royalty-free even on a major placement. If a label wants to collaborate or wants custom work they can reach out, but that's optional and doesn't affect your rights to your purchases.
Can I sell or lease beats made with Tonez Lab sounds? Yes — on BeatStars, Airbit, directly to artists, wherever you like. The beats you make are 100% yours.
What can't I do? Resell, share, give away, or redistribute the raw sounds on their own, and don't drop them into another sample pack, drum kit, or sound library. Don't use them to train or feed AI or machine-learning systems. Don't claim you created or own the original samples. Flipping them into your own music is the whole point — repackaging them as samples isn't allowed.
Do I own the samples? No — you own a licence to use them. Tonez Lab keeps 100% ownership of the original sounds.
Can I modify the samples? Go wild — chop, time-stretch, pitch, layer, resample, run them through whatever you've got. That's encouraged.
Are there any hidden fees or future royalties? None. No subscriptions, no reporting, no retroactive royalties. One payment, done.
