# Delivery Policy

## Digital delivery only
Tonez Lab sells **digital audio products only** — sample packs, drum loops, one-shots, and related sound design files. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. There are no shipping charges, no postage delays, and no physical delivery addresses required at checkout.

## How delivery works
**1. Immediate access after purchase.** Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order will be confirmed within seconds and your download links will be available immediately.
**2. Email delivery.** A confirmation email containing your download link(s) will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
**3. Customer account access.** If you created a customer account during checkout, your download links will also be available by signing in to your account at any time.
**4. File format.** All sample packs are delivered as compressed `.zip` archives. You'll need to extract the archive before using the files. Most operating systems can do this natively; if you have trouble, free tools like [7-Zip](https://www.7-zip.org) (Windows) or [The Unarchiver](https://theunarchiver.com) (Mac) handle every common format.
**5. File contents.** Sample packs typically include `.wav` files at 24-bit / 48 kHz unless otherwise stated on the product page. These files are compatible with all major Digital Audio Workstations (Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Pro Tools, Reaper, Cubase, Studio One, and others).

## Download timeframe
Download links remain accessible for a reasonable period following purchase. We strongly recommend:
- **Download your files promptly** after purchase
- **Back them up** to your own storage (external drive, cloud storage, etc.)
We are not obligated to provide replacement downloads indefinitely. However, if you experience genuine technical issues with your purchase, please contact us at **contact@tonezlab.com** within 14 days and we'll work with you to resolve them.

## International customers
Because all products are digital downloads, Tonez Lab serves customers globally with no shipping restrictions, customs delays, or geographic limitations. All prices are in **GBP (£)**; your bank or card provider will apply the relevant exchange rate at checkout.

## Problems with delivery
If you don't receive your download email within 30 minutes of purchase:
1. **Check your spam folder** — automated emails from new businesses sometimes get caught by aggressive spam filters
2. **Sign in to your customer account** at tonezlab.com to access your download links directly
3. **Contact us** at **contact@tonezlab.com** with your order number and we'll resend your links manually within one working day
